As a seasoned wedding photographer, I have spent years perfecting my editing style. Over time, I became known for the rich contrast and warm colors of what is now called “Vespera” (the Dusk) - a style that embraces the rich, moody tones of twilight, capturing deep emotions and intimate moments with a dramatic feel that I am still very much obsessed with.
But I have also always been drawn to the soft and romantic beauty of light, colorful film-inspired imagery. Over the past several years, I quietly began experimenting with a completely different editing process, and what unfolded was “Aurora” (the Dawn) - a style that embodies the soft, angelic glow of the early morning, evoking lightness, warmth, and romance in a completely different yet equally captivating way.
After falling in love with the Aurora style, I wrestled with what to do next. But the more I reflected, the more I was drawn to the idea of offering both styles—and so, Vespera and Aurora were born.
why two styles?
Aurora and Vespera are kindred spirits, two sides of the same coin. Both are rooted in an editorial, classical approach to photography—thoughtful composition, beautiful light, and images that feel timeless, intentional, and true to who you are.
Aurora carries a quiet elegance. It is airy, delicate, and inspired by the refined beauty of fine art. Vespera is its more expressive counterpart—passionate, atmospheric, and drawn to the depth and emotion that live in rich colors, and the interplay of shadows and contrast.
One feels like a soft breeze through a summer garden; the other like the lingering glow of an autumn evening.

Each wedding is edited exclusively in the style you've chosen. Rather than mixing aesthetics, your images are crafted within one visual language, allowing the light, color, and emotion of your day to unfold seamlessly across your gallery.
If you’re unsure which style feels right, that's ok! I'm often torn between the two as well! I’m always happy to chat with you about your church, venue, color palette, season, and overall vision and help suggest which style may best capture your day.
Art is subjective and deeply personal, so you may not be able to explain why you are drawn to one style over the other and that is completley ok! Trust your gut instinct and choose the style that speaks to you and moves you.
