Evelyn & Daniel’s wedding was a day of timeless beauty! From the use of Monet’s iconic work in the invitation & table numbers (created by the talented bride) to the flowing cathedral veil & stunning lace dress that Evelyn wore, to the vintage Cadillac they hired, everything was classy, elegant, and perfect for Evelyn and Daniel!

I photographed Evelyn’s sister’s wedding a year and a half ago, and it was a pure delight to photograph another wedding in their family! It is always SUCH an honor when a family hires me a second time and so fun as I am already familiar with the family! Evelyn got ready in her family’s beautiful home and then she and Daniel were married in St. Raymond’s Catholic Church in Fairfax, VA. After their gorgeous Nuptial Mass, we headed back to her family’s neighborhood to take photos in the beautiful woods that are along the edge of the neighborhood. Since they had hired such a fun ride for the day, we naturally had to incorporate the 1958 Cadallic (that once made an appearance in The Godfather II) into the photos!

Once we finished up the portraits, it was time to get to the party! Their wedding reception was at the Country Club of Fairfax which had a big open ballroom with wonderful natural light and gentle neutral colors on the walls & chairs. Evelyn spent months leading up to her wedding finding antique silver pieces from all over to create the centerpieces for each table. She then arranged all the flowers with the help of her bridesmaids, sisters, and mother-in-law and the result was truly breathtaking!
