This past October I was in Florida for Patricia and Justin’s wedding and before I came home, I made a pit stop in Tampa to meet Kierra and Drew and photograph their early morning engagement session at Bok Tower Gardens.

Kierra and Drew are one of the sweetest couples and I could tell instantly that we were going to get along great and that their photos were going to be amazing. The photo at the top of this post was literally one of the very first photos I took of them and when one of the very first photos is that magical, you know the whole session is going to be incredible.

Also, I know I recently said this but, I have come to really love early morning sessions. There is something so special about that early morning light that is distinctly different from the evening golden hour. And you’ll see pretty quickly that their session was filled with some of the most beautiful morning light.

I actually fly back to Florida next week to photograph Kierra and Drew’s wedding so you’ll see their faces on my blog again very soon!
