The first week of June brought our family down to North Carolina to our beloved Topsail Island. We stayed in the same house that we had last year and had a truly beautiful week. It was so good to have a week away from regular life to slow down and focus on each other. We started each morning off with a big family breakfast together and ended each evening with praying a Divine Mercy Chaplet together before playing games late into the night. We didn’t have much time with the whole family reunited under one roof so we soaked up this week and enjoyed every minute of it!

One of the guys fishing caught a baby shark while we were passing and he let each of the kids touch it before releasing it back into the ocean. Apparently this shark will grow to be about 4ft long.
