2020. Phew, what a year. When I think back on all 20 of my weddings last year, a few words jump out to me immediately: gratitude, sacrifice, and joy. Each of my couples went through so much leading up to their wedding days and I truly believe that their marriages will be stronger for it.

As a wedding photographer, I am already used to thinking on my toes and last-minute stress and changes, but this year was a whole new game park. From changing their wedding dates, venues, guest lists, and juggling the continually changing regulations, pretty much everything you could possibly think of happened. And somehow each of my couples handled everything with so much grace and joy. Each one has such an incredible story to tell and I am so very proud to know all of these beautiful people.

At every wedding, I am humbled to have been once again entrusted with the job of documenting the most important day of someone’s life. So scrolling through a year’s worth of wedding images fills me with immense gratitude. Gratitude for this job, for these people, and for all that God brought out of my 2020 weddings. I apologize in advance for the length of this post, but narrowing down my favorite images has never been my strong suit.
