This stunning Northern Virginia wedding was such a dream! The day started off at Courtney’s childhood home where she and her bridesmaids were getting ready. Courtney was so relaxed and joyful and I knew from the first few minutes that the rest of the day was going to be wonderful. As I was capturing Courtney’s getting ready photos, Deirdre was with Tommy at his family’s house just a short drive away capturing all the guy’s shenanigans.

They were married at the gorgeous Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Gainesville, VA. I loved the dark background behind the altar because it made everything pop against it and highlighted the Consecration so well. Tommy’s Uncle is a Catholic priest and he was able to be their main celebrant which was really special!

After Mass we headed to their venue, The Inn at Vint Hill. We got all their photos done as guests were arriving for cocktail hour and then it was time for the party! And what a party it was! Tommy comes from a huge family and it reminded me SO much of my cousin’s weddings growing up with kids running everywhere and packing the dance floor and just having a blast.

We did sneak out of the tent for some quick sunset photos at one point (which was SUCH a good idea) and then it was back to dancing until it was time for their sparkler exit.
