With Christmas and New Year’s celebrations behind us, I am finally getting around to finishing sharing the last of my 2024 weddings! This was a particularly crazy Oct-Dec for me but I’m so grateful for everyone’s patience and I sincerely believe this gorgeous Front Royal, VA wedding was worth the wait!

Elizabeth & Dominic have a beautiful love story with many invisible strings connecting them years before they actually started dating. They were married in Christ the King Chapel at Dominic’s alma mater, Christendom College. I had actually photographed a wedding here earlier in the year for another photographer (these two were guests at that wedding) and it was a joy to come back and photograph one of my own weddings in this gorgeous new church!

Both Elizabeth and Dominic have quite a few siblings and it was beautiful to see the various ways they included their siblings in the day. Elizabeth’s younger sister was one of her flower girls and she also got to stay in the room and assist her mom with helping Elizabeth into her dress and shoes in the morning. Elizabeth chose to have a first look with not only her dad, but also her brothers right before the ceremony! Dominic’s brother is a priest and was able to be the main celebrant for their wedding and he also chose to share his mother/son dance with all of his sisters, dancing briefly, one at a time with each one.

These two are also surrounded by an incredible community of friends. Twenty minutes before their ceremony took place, their whole wedding party knelt and prayed a rosary for Elizabeth & Dominic and their marriage. I’ve never seen that happen before at a wedding and it was so moving to witness.
