When I was in Ecuador, there were dogs everywhere, and when I was in Italy last fall, there were cats everywhere. Maybe not quite as many cats in Italy as there were dogs in Ecuador, but still, there were a ton of felines freely meandering about the streets of most of the various Italian cities and towns I visited and so naturally I had to photograph them. This small collection of pictures goes out to all my cat loving friends, you know who you are. 😉

For the record, the cat below was my absolute favorite. I could have stayed in this little pottery shop in Venice all day long and played with him. Seriously, he was so freakin’ cute and fluffy and affectionate.
