I know we’re already half way through July, but we had a delightful June and I decided to post some favorites from family life. 🙂

Rosie and our cousin Emily turned 11 and had their traditional shared birthday swim party. My mom outdid herself with their three-tiered gymnastic’s themed birthday cake. 🙂

Right before they lit the candles my mom announced that the edible glitter on the cake might be flammable. Turns out it wasn’t, but her little announcement caused quite the uproar as the candles were being lit. Haha. 😛

Rosie received a bunch of cute little things to make a fairy house which she set up behind the hydrangea bush in our front garden.
